Reporting suspected adverse drug reactions

 

6. Delayed drug effects

Some reactions may appear months or even years after exposure e.g. cancers, lipodystrophy secondary to HIV medications, or withdrawal effects following cessation of SSRIs. Any such suspicion should be reported to the MHRA.
