Reporting suspected adverse drug reactions

 

7. Congenital abnormalities

In cases where a baby is born with a congenital abnormality or where a pregnancy results in a malformed or aborted foetus and it is suspected that it is an adverse reaction, a report should be submitted, including details of all medications taken during pregnancy.
